Recent major supply chain delays have highlighted the need to improve container visibility and supply chain management. While many of the reasons for the recent delays – and the resulting domino effect – are beyond our control, there are ways to improve the process. Below is a brief overview, by AV Logistics, of some of the bottlenecks impacting the supply chain and how a more proactive approach to data collection can be used to improve container visibility and management.
